2. Visiting this website

When you open a page, your browser sends technical data that the server needs to deliver it: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, your browser and operating system, and the amount of data sent. This data is used only to deliver the website, keep it secure and find errors. It is not combined with other data and not used to identify you. We do not keep our own copies of these logs.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is a secure and working website.

Hosting

The website runs on servers of Fly.io, Inc. (USA) in Frankfurt, Germany. Fly.io processes the data above on our behalf as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR) and keeps request logs for operation and security. Because Fly.io is a US company, data may be accessed from the USA; for such transfers we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Cookies, tracking and outside content

We set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The website loads no fonts, scripts, videos or other content from outside servers, so visiting it sends no data to third parties. Links to other websites only send data to them when you click them.

4. Writing to us

When you email us, we use your email address and what you write only to answer you. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR when your message is about a possible contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our interest in answering enquiries). We delete your messages when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Emails to hello@greenswarm.ai are forwarded to our inbox by the email forwarding service ImprovMX, which processes them on our behalf only to deliver them.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• get access to the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR);
• have it corrected (Art. 16) or deleted (Art. 17);
• have its processing restricted (Art. 18);
• receive it in a portable format (Art. 20);
• object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21);
• complain to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77), for example the one where you live or work.

6. Other points

You do not have to give us any personal data to read this website. We make no automated decisions about you. We may update this policy when the website changes; the current version is always on this page.
